The Department of Entomology, University of Wisconsin-Madison, invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured position, as Assistant or Associate Professor, in the broad area of biology and/or ecology of arthropod vectors of human and zoonotic pathogens.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of research that investigates arthropod/pathogen interactions (molecular/suborganismal, organismal, population, community, or regional scales), innovative strategies for management and control, or the emergence and transmission of vector-borne infectious disease. Research that incorporates a global health component is desirable.
